Nicole Schoch (Sweden): It is great to find ways to connect and come together even in these times with social distancing and travel restrictions.

Steephen Botero (Colombia): The event give to me a chance to integrate my son in something bigger. That Sunday he choose to ride his bicycle and join to me in the race.

“So, my distance will be added to yours, and the idea is make a loop to the world with other children and parents?”.. was the first question before to start.

Now, you have a child in Colombia waiting for the others contribution and asking for the quantity of loops we do!

Brandi Kossub (Sweden): It was an honor and privilege for my daughters and I, to participate and raise awareness for this very important cause. As Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.

James Biseko (Zambia): I always feel peace and comfort whenever I help or participate in an event that is totally meant to help people in need. I reckon More help still needed during this unprecedented period where COVID-19 has left many scars to each and every family globally.

Gholamreza Rezaei (Canada): Despite the Covid-19 pandemic all over the world, even though we were away and not able to see each other, Run the World in One Day bring us all together to have this event be completed as a great team. I enjoyed walking to contribute and support the METU students.

Carin Bergendorff (Sweden): it is a very good initiative and the least I could do to contribute with a short run.

Johnny Lyly (Sweden): The run itself was a 15km trail in the forest of Ånnaboda, north of Orebro. The track is mostly on hiking paths and mountain bike tracks, with almost 300 meters of elevation gained. As it gets dark early in Sweden this time of year the run had to be finalized with headlamp...

Fun that we almost managed to reach 40.000km and that so many runners from different countries participated.

Eric Anderson (Sweden): Sometimes it is not so inviting to plan for a long run in the fall, but you will always be too warm after just 15 minutes. I did not know that this event would be so big or have a result so close to the target. Looking forward to the next time so I can plan for a flat marathon course.

Ricardo Ornelas (Argentina): I feel happy for the small contribution I did for a noble cause and thanks for inviting me, small steps take us to the target.

Emily Simmons (US): Thank you for organizing this and sharing with all of us colleagues around the world.

Juan Valencia (Panama): I congratulate you on such a good initiative, thanks for the invitation, both Adriana and me can support you to connect the world with people willing to contribute kilometers of health and good vibes.

Liliia Velichko (Canada): It was so good to feel you are part of a big strong team even when walking by yourself. Thanks a lot for this initiative. J

Edison Vela (Ecuador): I enjoyed being running in a remote location in the highlands of the Amazon basin, for a good purpose.

Sarka Andelova (Czech Republic): It was a unique experience to support the initiative of “Run The World In One Day“. I was so excited to join such an event for a good cause. This initiative challenged me to run 10km individually in my hometown in the Czech Republic, which is something I enjoy to do. In this challenging time, I like to go running after work because it increases my mental health and it is a good way to deal with stress. I was glad to be part of the worldwide run and to contribute to a better world. J
